Payments & Billing

ARMT Media accepts payments for digital marketing services, retainers, consulting, and project-based work. Clients are invoiced based on agreed service packages or custom proposals. Payments may be one-time project fees or recurring monthly retainers depending on the scope of work.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Refund Policy

Digital Services

ARMT Media provides digital marketing and media services. Due to the nature of digital services and the work involved, our refund policy is as follows:

General Refund Terms

Services are generally non-refundable once work has begun. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Digital advertising management
  • Social media management
  • Content creation and video production
  • Branding and strategy work
  • Marketing automation setup
  • Consulting services

Project-Based Services

For project-based work:

  • Deposits and initial payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced
  • If you wish to cancel a project in progress, you will be charged for all work completed to date
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet started

Recurring Services & Retainers

For monthly retainers or recurring services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with written notice
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service
  • Any work completed during the billing period is non-refundable

Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Service was not delivered as described in the agreement
  • Technical issues prevented service delivery
  • Mutual agreement to terminate services

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at contact@armdigitalmedia.com with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Service or project details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate services.
